Bob graduated from Pioneer High School and is a native of Ann Arbor, MI. Bob played football at the University of Michigan from 1984-1987 for the legendary Bo Schembechler. He graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 with a BGS Degree from the School of Literature, Science, and the Arts.
After graduating, he worked at Domino's Pizza World Headquarters for a year and a half while he attended graduate school at EMU. In 1990, Bob and his twin brother, Rick, founded Stites Financial LLC, a financial services firm in Ann Arbor. He currently holds, through LPL Financial, his securities registrations series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts), 7 (General Securities Representative), 63 (Uniform Securities Agent State Law), and 65 (Uniform Registered Investment Adviser Law). In 2016, Bob earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation. Bob is also licensed for Health and Life Insurance in the State of Michigan.
In addition to his financial services firm, Bob serves as the chairman of the board for the DDA of Scio Township. He is a past board member of the National Association of Remodeling, a past board member for the Chelsea Chamber of Commerce, and a past president of the University of Michigan M-Club Letterwinners.
Bob continues to live in the Ann Arbor area with his wife and family.
